Innovating Comfort: Advanced Valve Solutions for Seat Massage Systems
At Solero Technologies, we specialize in cutting-edge pneumatic valve solutions designed to enhance seating comfort and well-being. Our expertise in seat massage systems enables precise control of air flow, offering fully customizable comfort solutions for automotive seating applications. We provide tailored pneumatic solutions, including: 3/2-way massage valves (NO), 3/3-way static valves (NC) and 3/3-way massage valves (NO).
Recently, we introduced our new smart valve system with integrated 3/3 pneumatic valves and electronic on board, enabling precise airflow control via LIN interface for dynamic seat massage functions. Available in various configurations (for example 14, 6, or 4 pneumatic valves), our seat massage system ensures seamless integration into modern seating systems.
A key benefit of our solutions is market-leading noise reduction. With advanced engineering and design, Solero Technologies ensures that your seating system operates with exceptionally low noise levels, offering a quiet and peaceful environment for enhanced relaxation.
With Solero Technologies’ expertise, we deliver next-level seating comfort, ensuring relaxation, posture support, and enhanced well-being, all while maintaining a quiet, soothing experience.
Working principle
Pneumatic Valve Functionality in Seat Massage Systems
Automotive seat massage systems utilize pneumatic technology to modulate air pressure within seat cushions, inflating and deflating specific air chambers to create massaging effects. The valves control this airflow, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
- 3/2-Way Massage Valves (Normally Open – NO): These valves feature three ports and two switching states. In their default state, airflow is allowed to pass through, enabling continuous air supply to the massage system. When actuated, they redirect the airflow or cut off supply, modulating the massage intensity.
- 3/3-Way Static Valves (Normally Closed – NC): Designed to maintain or isolate air pressure within seat chambers, these valves have three ports and three positions, allowing precise adjustments to support and comfort settings. In their default state, they prevent airflow, ensuring stability in pressure retention applications.
- 3/3-Way Massage Valves (Normally Open – NO): These valves offer three ports and three positions, enabling dynamic airflow distribution for complex massage patterns. Their normally open configuration ensures an active air passage, allowing continuous adjustment for an optimal massage experience.
