Meet Meike & Katharina – The HR team behind Solero Villingen
At Solero Villingen, HR is a team effort—literally. Meike and Katharina share the HR Manager role, each bringing unique strengths.
Meike has been with Solero for 4.5 years and was able to train with Solero for 1.5 years during her studies. She specializes in employer branding and mentoring apprentices. A globetrotter, she’s planning a South America trip—but first, she’s preparing for the adventure of motherhood!
Katharina has been with Solero for 20 years, transitioning from executive assistant to HR. Since June, she’s focused on employee benefits and health management. Outside work, she swaps HR meetings for salsa dancing with her husband.

What does the recruitment process look like?
Katharina: “It’s simple and quick! After reviewing applications, we invite promising candidates for an initial interview, either virtual or in person. If there’s a good fit, we schedule a second meeting with the team. If all goes well, we move to the contract stage. The whole process usually takes a few weeks.”
