Andreas Baumann is Senior Director, Global Program Management & Segment Strategy at Solero Technologies. Based at Solero’s Markdorf facility, Germany, he develops and implements product strategies while overseeing global program management.

Andreas joined Solero Technologies in October 2024 following its acquisition of Kendrion’s automotive business unit, where he had served since August 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen and a master’s degree in business and engineering from the University of Mannheim.

Currently residing in Friedrichshafen, Andreas is a dedicated handball coach for children in his free time. He enjoys running, attending concerts, and playing the drums. He is married and has two children.
