Ralf Wieland is Chief Operations Officer / P&L Leader, EMEA at Solero Technologies, based in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. He manages operations and oversees the European business, with P&L responsibility for the EU plants.

Ralf joined Solero Technologies following the acquisition of Kendrion’s automotive business unit in October 2024, where he held leadership roles. He also has previous experience with ETO Magnetic and TÜV South. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Precision Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen.

Ralf resides in Villingen-Schwenningen with his family. He enjoys playing saxophones and woodwinds in a rock band and is passionate about mountaineering. He is married and has three children, all currently attending university.
