Katharina’s been part of the Solero story for over 20 years—starting out as an executive assistant and growing into her current role as HR Manager in Villingen. Since June 2025, she’s been focused on employee benefits and health management. Outside the office, you’ll find her salsa dancing with her husband—proof that she brings energy to everything she does.

“Straightforward and fast. After reviewing applications, we invite candidates for a first interview—online or in person. If there’s a good fit, they meet the team, and if all goes well, we move to the contract stage. It usually takes just a few weeks.”
