With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Andra Boboc leads Solero’s Sibiu plant with expertise in production management and process optimization. A firm believer in innovation and operational excellence, she’s committed to delivering top-tier results. Outside of work, Andra enjoys Sibiu’s vibrant, cultural scene and time with her family.


“Our journey began in 1998 under the Kuhnke name, a German family business, and we’ve grown steadily ever since. We focus on efficiency, quality, and innovation, ensuring every product meets the highest standards.

Our plant plays a key role in Solero’s global strategy, from cost efficiency and supply chain optimization to sustainability. Whether delivering valves, actuators, or transmission solenoids, we support Solero’s competitive edge in the automotive industry.

What are Sibiu’s areas of expertise?


“Our expertise lies in adaptive suspension valves, actuators, and transmission solenoids—solutions that address critical challenges in the automotive industry. Adaptive suspension systems improve ride comfort and handling by adjusting to road conditions in real-time.

Our transmission solenoids ensure precise fluid flow control for smoother, more efficient gear shifts. We’re also advancing in plastic molding and overmolding, offering versatile, tailored solutions to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Operational excellence is at the core of what we do. By streamlining processes, reducing waste, and fostering continuous improvement, we deliver reliable, high-quality products with agility and efficiency.”
