Air chambers are activated or deactivated based on your driving setup, with our air spring valves ensuring seamless coordination.
Our cost-optimized design provides top-tier performance without exceeding budget, while proven technology ensures reliability and minimal leakage through pressure equalization.
Working principle
Precise control for optimal performance
The working principle of our air spring valve is based on precise control of air flow and pressure within multichamber air springs to optimize performance. The valve regulates the activation and deactivation of the air chambers depending on the driving conditions and setup.
When the system detects a need for adjustment – such as changes in damping force, spring rate, or chassis height – the valve responds by either allowing air to flow into or out of specific chambers within the air spring. This enables the spring rate to be fine-tuned instantly, providing the desired level of support and comfort.
The valve operates seamlessly by maintaining pressure equalization between the chambers to prevent leakage, ensuring reliable performance over time. It coordinates the activation of the air chambers, optimizing vehicle stability, handling, and ride comfort while minimizing energy loss and improving efficiency.
