Working principle
Advanced Electromagnetic Valve Control for optimized Sensor Cleaning
The Electromagnetic 2/2-Way Valve operates based on an electromagnetic actuation mechanism, ensuring rapid and precise control over fluid or air flow. When an electrical current is applied, the electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field, which moves the internal plunger to open or close the valve. This allows the controlled release of pressurized air or cleaning fluid through the system, ensuring a targeted and efficient cleaning process for vehicle sensors.
By integrating up to four valves on a single manifold, the platform enables selective activation of individual valves, directing cleaning fluids precisely to the required sensors. This targeted approach optimizes fluid consumption while maintaining consistent cleaning efficiency. The valve design ensures quick response times and minimal pressure loss, making it ideal for ADAS applications where sensor clarity is critical for safety and performance.
